I love their concept and I’m an outside the box kind of thinker anyway. They hit the nail on the head. It all comes down to lack of execution. We get caught up putting out fires and working in our business instead of working on it and time just keeps ticking by.

As for the feedback to the event/seminar, it was surprisingly (no offense) refreshing! It was beyond what I expected; given it was a free seminar. Both speakers were dynamic, kept everyone’s (or at least they did for me) interest the entire presentation, and it was very fluid between both presenters; they fed off of one another very well. The content of the presentation was extremely relevant and I loved how it was mainly driven around getting more out of the $ you’ve already put in (ROA). My favorite part (choosing was not easy), or the part where the light bulb went off was the “What’s your customer worth? Overall, it was an excellent presentation that brought about so many thought provoking ideas for me.

I told my boss, my friend Shelley at KY Trust for Life and anyone who would sit still long enough to listen that this was the best time I’ve ever spent at a seminar and the first time I was sorry the time was up. I took 3 pages of notes and have started the book! If it weren’t for the hard chairs, I think I could have stayed another hour! 😉

I enjoyed the seminar tremendously! It offered some really great insight on how to increase clientel through the most fundamental of avenues. I think a lot of times many businesses try too hard thinking and trying to find the perfect “catch phrase” or billboard to draw in the business when back to basics (word of mouth, joint ventures, consistency, customer experience etc.) is where it starts. While Chad & Brad kept the group entertained and engaged, they also used their expertise to enlighten us on how to seek out “how are we different” than our competitors, and not just settle for “we’ve always done it this way.” The information was universal and not just geared to one type, style or size of business, and I think that’s very important and helps the owner to envision the success of their business by implementing and utilizing the techniques discussed in the seminar. Overall it was a very informative and it was my pleasure to have had the opportunity to attend.
